I think we agree, generally. It's very difficult for me to advocate in favor of anyone's death. Rosenbaum is already dead. But I wouldn't characterize my feelings as celebrating his death. I'm just "less sorry" about his death than the pain experienced by his victims. In my morality, it is wrong to celebrate someone's death even if I agree that all concerned would be better off. If we look at the left as mourning his death, my comment might be seen as a celebration. But if you view their position as attempting to canonize a monster, my comments could be seen as grounding and realistic, which is the way I intended them.
