So What Do You Guys Personally Think?

Hey everyone, it's me, SimoTheFinlandized again ~ do any of you online happen to know what a "furry household" is? - They're essentially these shared-households that are exclusively for furries to live within, and I just happened to have found one in San Jose, CA (yes, right here in America) called "Strangehouse", and I looked it up on Wikifur and noticed that it's a really high-tier upscale house, not gonna lie. It's essentially a shared mansion donned with a movie theater, garage w/ all-purpose workshop, swimming pool w/ hot tub and diving board, and a nice backyard grill, as well as a large garden with many fruit trees and is powered by solar-power and the like. It hosts a great 4th-of-July BBQ party and has capability to allow smaller events to occur, and the group of furries that live there are exceedingly nice and kindly hospitable people. - So what do you think of it, guys? Should I try it out (living within a furry household, that is) once I'm an independent young-adult furry over the age of 18 years who's just starting out in life and attempt to stake it out in San Jose, CA?
