Either case you need some serious mental help.

Alcoholics are ok if they don't drink. Addicts are ok if they don't use. Cleptomaniacs are ok if they don't steal. All are in the DSM IV as mental afflictions. So it is not a surprise a child abuser is ok if they don't abuse.

With a reporting rate of only 12%, and a conviction rate of 23%, it's safe to say that damned near 99% of these "MAP's" re offend.

That's why it's so neat the inmates themselves have created a special hell for these phucks in prison.

I think execution is a better deterrent than reducing social stigmas in regard to pedophiles.
