A few years back a doctor was driving down Mulholland Drive and got annoyed because he was stuck behind some cyclists who weren't going fast enough. In his anger, he sped around them then slammed on the brakes trying to brake check them. But his calculations were off and the cyclists slammed into the back of his car. He jumped out of his car and immediately began administering CPR. This is what this douche should've done instead of walking around his dying victim calling a friend and "freaking out" on the phone.

I have to agree. If the driver had driven around the slow cyclists and gotten ahead of them, what would be the point of brake-checking them? Only a jerk would do that. Good of him to stop and help though.

In some spots it can be one lane going each direction and definitely twisty. But yeah, the doctor sounds like an a-hole. Not sure what became of it but the cyclists were in critical condition. I'm sure they got a big settlement. I can't even find anything about it online.
