I worried about Debt after Bush Jr messed our government spending up and took a 400 million or surplus in the budget and turned it into a 1.7 Billion deficit. I publically spoke out against it many times.

Since then - it's been the norm to tack on extra spending.

Salaries are not up compared to inflation. Gas costs double what it cost last year - most industries and workers of those industries did not receive a pay raise. Pay raise in wages affect the bottom rung - and inflation is much above what their new money will get them. If you had to spend $100 a month on gasoline you now spend $200 a month, which is one week worth of pay raise gone. Now tack on Food Electricity and product price increases and they basically got nothing extra. It's called economic - take a course in it.

Yes it's called a bubble. Houses are artificially being increased in value - such that the Governments can get their extra money from the citizen in the form of their property taxes. That combined with low interest rates gets people taking loans they can't afford to buy houses that are over priced. When this happens and people lose their jobs - the housing market collapses and people lose their homes to banks. The banks lose face to the public due to bad investments which trickles into the stock market. Its what happened to many people throughout the history of mortgages and follows a pattern.
