Take a break from imgflip to get your life back together, this website is for fun, so care for yourself before coming on here. I had the same problem, so I deleted my account and came back after about 3 months when I thought my health was good enough for me to remember myself comes first.

Plan your day ahead, and set alarms to remind you to eat/exercise/shower/whatever-you-need-to-do-to-be-healthy. If you plan and you feel you have to much imgflip on your schedule, maybe remove about 15 minutes from each session. If that doesn't work, take a break
