I appreciate that you’re trying to give me and SuGaS more power than we already have, but I’m going to have to decline. All it would really take under this bill is for both HOC and HOS to agree to block legislation they don’t like and nothing can ever get through Congress that the party in control doesn’t approve of. I have no issues with Congresspersons bringing forth bills to vote on, I think it is a bit more realistic as that’s how it plays out in the real world.

Everyone being able to introduce bills doesn't hurt anything. If people start introducing dumb bills, legislators can simple abstain and not vote on those bills.
