It’s Foxy_198727. The site/global moderators and Imgflip Police knows that this users violates Imgflip TOS and a US federal law. So, we have to leave this extreme criminal alone and they’ll investigate what did this user broke a law. I’ve found this template that violates TOS and no one liked it at all. This comment isn’t perfect for a repost and that’s a criminal offense. The description in this page is also false. If this user says that ‘repost is a fact’ and Imgflip Police be like FALSE!!! Unless that someone posting an image using that he/she borrowed entirely from someone else but added to a different image than the original.
