Long story short, you use this template in a comment when you see a repost and get mad at the person who reposted. Be sure to include the link to the original meme if you do so, otherwise people will start asking questions. Also it doesn't matter if it's worded differently, the idea will be the same thing and still be plagiarized. so fuck anyone who tells you otherwise.
