So, no masks no social distancing is false, at least its false as an across the board claim. Different communities and families likely made different decisions. Also, while there are no official numbers, Amish aren't actually forbidden from getting vaccinated and some have.

This was an interesting read looking at the excess death rate among Amish communities based on the published obituaries. It isn't proof that it was COVID that killed them but, it is a likely culprit.
