Senate floor

Pros:

-Senators have somewhere to discuss their choices with other senators
-Senate discussions can go on without getting overflowed by the general memes posted on the main stream
-We can have a charted history of senate votes and discussions, and easily find older posts and votes

Cons:

-Sub streams are known for dying (e.g. Congress stream)
-The public can’t see our discussions on the main stream

Nay. I think the cons you listed are valid, the pros can (mostly) be achieved by using extra image tags.

If you make a separate stream, you'll be making a lot of extra work for yourself. Your Senators will miss too many of your memes and more importantly the rest of the stream miss too many of the Senate's business.
You'll end up having to double post everything and have Senators miss votes.
Doofenshmirtz tried that awhile ago and it was an unnecessary headache.

Nay, this stream is better-traveled and both Senators and community members are more likely to see the votes if we just do them here.

I was thinking of posting the votes on the main stream, and then posting a link to the image on the senate stream. That way, when people check the senate stream, they can find what they need to vote on, as well as having transparency for the whole stream to see.

I’m thinking of keeping a kinda schedule? Like at x time we discuss xyz and abc etc. With frequent vote results being posted, and weekly voting discussions, I hope it’ll live.
