My concern is that this vote will be misinterpreted as, effectively, a ban on mods marking anything NSFW.

The argument next time anything gets categorized NSFW by mods will absolutely be based on this motion.

I don't see it that way. Remember, Imgflip TOS is still in effect and TOS automatically overrides any rules the stream may come up with. As long as the stream mods are modding to Imgflip's standards as they're supposed to, they are in the clear as far as Imgflip is concerned.

Agree completely that is how it should be. My concern is that this action / vote will be abused or misconstrued.

I've slept on it and the best suggestion I can come up with is one bill / vote that resets everything back to TOS, and then rebuild from there.
