It's not a joke. I take a lot of thinks that are offense as jokes, like 9/11 jokes. I made a bunch of offensive jokes that day. But the swastika is different, because it's embracing Germany during a time of hatred. The n-word is different, because people today simply use it to refer to someone like a friend, but nobody uses the swastika in a polite manner today. The only predominant group who uses the swastika are Neo-Nazi's, and they spread a symbol of hate.
