There's the actual Senate that F1Fan proposed, which was voted on by the previous Congress, has the separate role of voting on foreign policy matters, acts more like an imgflip United Nations, and is led by the Head of the Senate

And there's the other fake Senate OlympianProduct invented and insists on being the real Senate, which just has a very similar role to the current Congress, only OlympianProduct seems to be the self-proclaimed dictator of it as he holds all the votes (even when they hold no legal weight whatsoever).
