Yep, I think if this bill passes then in an upcoming vote this Congress can decide upon salary rates. I can make my pitch for more income equality, but it's the government's call.

This seems like more work for a mod but what if your salary was based on memes featured weekly? Not as an individual input but as a whole? Just an idea

I considered but rejected the salary-per-meme idea since it’d be way too burdensome to track, and it might just encourage people to spam a ton of thoughtless memes to earn more
