you can arm a country that you wanna defend if you arm a country it takes an extra turn before you can fully invade the country
4 weapons
you can only get weapons from the time period you are in if you have scientist you can make certain weapons quicker than others will you can also exchange scientist and weapons and pretty much everything you have
5 industrializing
you can industrialize for military production
6 go ahead and make the first move
