The boy dressed as a girl do he was a cross- dresser. And he called himself a girl so he could r@pe this girl. I didn't say anything about him being a transgender.

The father is being punished because he raided his voice. The superintendent hid the r@pe because it was during pride month and he didn't want to look insensitive. I don't think the problem was the bathroom policy. It sounds like the problem was rape -- and the superintendent trying to hide the fact of it. Nowhere in this article does it mention how the boy was dressed, and even if he'd been in a full on Swan Lake tutu, his clothing didn't make any assault.

The boy used the bathroom policy to gain easy access into the girl's bathroom and r@pe the girl. The father got angry and was arrested. There isn't much to misunderstand.
