I can post an identical meme as many times as I want as long as the caption is different. The "no reposts" rule only applys to cut and paste memes.

Lol, those aren’t reposts. Surly has come up with 1000 different visual situations to put this “old man” (Whitey Bulger, who is meant to symbolize IG), in. They’re not reposts, they’re variations on a theme — which is kind of what campaigning is all about. You come up with your core message and stable of images, and then you hammer it home.
