Im having issues

First thing I would try is resetting browser cookies/cache.

The problem happens with me as well. Although it doesn't happen often, sometimes my memechat freezes or doesn't even open

I even reset my cookies and cache as well

What browser are you using? Does this happen across browsers/platforms (like mobile/desktop) or just on one or the other?

Mobile. It has happened on my browser twice but hasn't since then. My memechat still freezes for the app though
