Conservative cities also have recycling programs and they don’t rely on landfills any more than liberal cities. The largest cities in the nation are liberal and they produce the most waste. Rural communities tend to be more conservative and they produce the least waste, thus, not needing massive recycling centers to reduce their use of landfills.
