I’m so tired of seeing that Penguin cop, and how it’s been adopted as a symbol of trying to police others’ content.
People can have their own opinions on any style of cartoon. But yeah. Harassing and spamming others for the kinds of cartoons they like, not good.

Western-style cartoons feature prominently in memes — like, all the time. There are so many examples of it. Spongebob, Tom & Jerry, Bugs Bunny — just a few that come to mind. No one seems to think they’re suspect. I feel like this intense opposition to anime probably comes from racism and a fear of foreigners.
