Did everyone forget about this rule?

It ain't as simple as just following the rules, because of the drama we get into every time something gets unfeatured.

When you're president you can fix this by actually unfeaturing ALL memes that aren't political, instead of just those you dont like. But we can't trust someone who shall remain nameless (Incognito Guy) to do that.
