I’ve gone through the list of Congress and have placed upvotes next to the members who are at least somewhat active in PRESIDENTS (This list was announced at the start of the term and is now slightly out of date, but the replacements have the same activity level):; Only 7 out of the 15 Congresspeople (fewer than half) are really active here. The rest only pop in occasionally when called up to vote. So if it feels like we’re occupied by outsiders here, that’s because we are! Political patronage and CorRUPtion at its finest! Support congressional reform!
