The doctor even apologised (even though he had nothing to apologise for imo). There shouldn't even be a case in the first place, which shows just how far-left NYC has got.

If he apologised, he shouldn't have been fined. If it was an honest mistake, its fine. If it was me I wouldn't have pressed charges.

The point is messing up your pronouns is a fine thing to do if its accidental. Howver, even if you do it intentionally, it may be a shitty thing to do, but not a punishable offence.
