This is the proportion makeup of Congress. That's is a perfect proportion!

We put the same amount of users in Congress that were voted for. Please explain how that's not fair.

Do you want us to put 90% of Congress to be people who aren't even in the RUP? Do you want us to make a Congress that will always contest against the party in power, despite the good things they've done for this stream.

I'm not a perfect HoC, of course I'm not. But me and IG have tried out best making a fair and balanced Congress and you're gonna just contest it until you get your way.
