I’m alright with you making a general statement about the charges. Not really how trials are supposed to work, technically — but in the interests of compromise, let’s just do it.

I’ve decided I’m not deposing you in any event. Would be too much chaos. This is a trial over who gets to mod a stream on a meme site, not a death-march.

Who does RUP want to be at the trial? Just Lardar or do you want a second attorney? (If you do that’s fine by me, but I would want to choose a second as well)

How much time do y’all want for trial? 48 hours?

(I’m fine with any time period, just want to make sure everyone who is supposed to be there gets the chance to participate, since that’s fundamental to due process)

Will RUP primaries be concluded by that point? We certainly don’t need to have trial and the primaries overlap if you don’t want to, not trying to sabotage that process.

The RUP convention will be on the 7th.
