More to the point, we have countries where sanitary conditions NEVER improved. They're still rife with disease. And polio dropped off in those countries as well.

Not sure what banning DDT had to do with the ending of polio but, the rest is mostly correct , The polio vaccine probably helped along with the natural mutation of the virus. Since the 80's the vaccine has done absolutely nothing but destroy children's lives and natural immunity oh and make pharmaceutical companies billions. . Every case of polio since 1979 was CAUSED BY THE VACCINE.

So let me get this straight, you're saying the polio vaccine doesnt work because over the last 40 years of children being vaccinated against polio, nobody has gotten polio? Also,the vaccine was never patented, it was given away the world over, nobody really owns it, so the developers make no money off it.

didn't say it didn't work, learn to read I am saying it it helped 60 years ago, even then it created almost as many problems as it solved (like 10's of thousands of cancer cases) what I am saying is that the polio vaccine has been entirely pointless for the for the last 30 years at least and is only mandated to make pharmaceutical companies and crooked politicians rich

yeah ok love a good conspiracy theory and I question the safety and effectiveness and usefulness of most vaccines but not ready to buy this whole DDT caused polio theory, not without a whole lot better explanation of causation and detailed statistical evidence.

There are direct connections to the use of DDT and polio. Once DDT was banned polio dropped significantly.

do you have a link never heard or that what is the alleged correlation, seems to me it would be entirely coincidental. Two unrelated events can happen at the same time doesn't mean they are connected or related in anyway.
