=============================== STELLAR AFFAIRS (A Sci-Fi Plot Premise By SimoTheFinlandized - Written In 2021 CE) =============================== In 2053, World War III ended, causing great devastation on Earth via disease, hunger, poverty, and war rapidly consuming the Globalized Human Civilization that was wrecked by it. In 2063, however, 10 years post-war, a brilliant mad scientist-engineer and inventor by the name of Stanislaus Braun invents the warp-drive (a means of faster- than-light space-travel), attracting the attention of the extremely highly -advanced Protogens of Protogen Prime, who use their technology and culture to assist Humanity's reconstruction from the War and help them evolve into a stellar space- faring fusion-age civilization united under a stable democratically- elected globalized federation - UNITED EARTH - by 2087. Humanity,now under Protogen assistance and supervision, begins to explore and colonize the Solar System very rapidly, over the next few decades. By the 2150's, Humanity has not only succeeded in becoming a great interstellar power in its own right, but also succeeds in winning a victorious space-borne war against the warlike imperialistic Drangontaar Empire (Dragons). Though a stunning victory, it was quite a blow to both sides, and so in 2160, Humanity united with the Protogens, Furrians, Scalesians, Avians, and several other advanced space-faring civilizations in order to form the GALACTIC FEDERATION to bring stability, civilization, and order to the otherwise chaotic cosmos at large. ============================= AND SO THE STORY OF SPACE AND TIME UNFOLDS... =============================
