What punishment? He’s consented to exactly zero punishment. Besides this has nothing to do with punishing him. This is about protecting LGBTQ memers, full stop.

I’ve spent the last 24 hours seeking a compromise with him, and then, with RUP as a whole. It seems there isn’t one to be had.
