By the way — I know you as Owner could provide me the Mod logs, and anyone else with a lot of time on their hands could go fishing in the stream for IG’s memes and comments.

But my document request is directed at RUP specifically for these reasons:

(1) I don’t want there to be any allegations that there was evidence tampering, etc. which we could expect if these documents were submitted by a non-RUP person.

(2) I want RUP to actually see all the evidence themselves, so they know what they’re defending, if they indeed choose to continue to defend IG over this.

(3) If they delete evidence or fail to comply in any respect: Obstruction of justice.

(4) It’s not your problem and not your job. Lol.

These may seem like broad requests, but they are actually limited:

(1) I’ve made the decision to exclude IG’s modding prior to Pr1ce’s term, so we can focus on his conduct just during the current Vice-Presidential term.

(2) I’m not seeking evidence of IG being generally rude or hostile, or accusing others of alting, or getting in various arguments, etc. etc. It would be way to burdensome to litigate all that. I’m only focused on the LGBTQ issue.
