There are so many Christians who accept gay people. These two things don’t have to collide.

Encouraging sin is not love, read John 8. Jesus doesn't condemn the woman caught in adultery (a sexual sin just like homosexuality), but he tells her to leave her life of sin.

10 Jesus straightened up and asked her, “Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?”

11 “No one, sir,” she said.

“Then neither do I condemn you,” Jesus declared. “Go now and leave your life of sin.”

So, if he preaches it's a sin but doesn't hate the people who commit it, and you believe in him, then why the rainbow flag?

I support gay people and their sub-divisions, just not the LGBTQ community because if you fall under Christian/Catholic and Republican (I am both) your gonna get destroyed by them (which I have quiet a few times)

Just saying it can feel toxic if you don't follow who they think can/can't support them due to their own beliefs

Right. I don’t support gay people harassing Christians either. It cuts both ways. I would discourage anyone from going to Christian streams telling them they’re wrong.
