In an environment where I can not find people to fill open positions, Mr. Biden wants me to alienate established workers?

I haven't missed a day during this mess, no mask, no vaccine and now I am facing a mandate. My plan is start my own business and never look back. I will give discounts to unvaccinated people.

My problem, as stated above is finding some one willing to take a job, that will work, learn and be reliable, for $s over minimum wage. Someday to take over when I retire.

When the gubmint does everything it can to make lazy people comfortable it is difficult to run a business.

I admit, I am lazy, but I like to eat and provide for my family. So, I get up every day and work hard.

I can't even imagine having to hire anyone. We lost three people during this mess and replaced two. Two of us that stayed will lose our jobs over vaccine refusal. At this point thanks to working through it all I have enough money to quit and open up my own business. I am not even going to look backwards.

I agree with your choice. I explained to my boss that as many times as we have been exposed we either already all had it or we are immune, either way, I do not need the shot and I will not let my children take it. I have no problem with it for those at greater risk but a vaccine for the entire planet is only a control mechanism and I will not comply.
