Well to be fair only San Fran and LA.

I was in San Diego and Barstow not long ago and there were a lot of homeless camps and people camping on city streets. San Diego had a hepatitis outbreak among the homeless and began power-washing the streets to combat the spread from fecal matter. California has announced waterways contaminated with fecal matter.

It was just dirty when I lived there - now it's gone to shit, literal shit.

send them back to red states they came from.

other states offer nothing to help prevent homelessness or help serve homeless people. so they go to cali. and it's warmer there. and they don't jail you for panhandling like red states.
