It says right there, “arrests”. That is not representative of all murders. Black people have been over represented in crime since before the Civil War. The system has always been pitted against them.

You're right. Surely there's a ton of unsolved murders committed by blacks that aren't represented in that chart.

Yeah, "the system" forced them to murder. Any other excuses you'd like to present?

The system has always been awful at solving homicides and sometimes charge black people just to close the case (e.g. Walter McMillan) even in cases where they didn’t match the suspect’s description (Julius Jones).

Yes, that explains every black person in jail. Just poor innocent victims that dindu nuffin.

I'm sure that has happened. And hey, I'm not for anyone being jailed that were innocent. But that's a vastly small percentage.
