Yes they had slaves, and I've never defended slavery, but that doesn't make them all evil. And like I said, many people had a problem with the Constitution over this and only signed it because it was the way to agree on escaping England's tyranny. Also, for any dope that wants to call all white Americans racists, you do realize you were freed because of white Northerners, right?
And what are Democrats doing to change that prison law, now that they control the country?
Are you seriously suggesting that having possessions and doing hard work that earns you money is slavery? What's the solution, we all don't work and all get to constantly trespass in each other's houses and be kleptomaniacs (with communism the government can do this freely btw).
To suggest this stuff is slavery is disrespectful to the actual American slaves in the 1700s and 1800s whose bodies and possessions were another person's property. Imagine telling those people that owning their own property and doing their own work was a form of slavery.
Yes, Lenin was very harsh. However, there were people before Marx that lived in the 1700s, believed similar things as he did, and were similar to Lenin. And Lenin wasn't the last to follow Marx and act the way he did. There was Mao Zedong, Stalin, Pol Pot, (Mussolini was inspired by Lenin), the Kims in North Korea, etc.
Also, ike Hitler, Marx was half Jewish and despised Jews. Also Marx believed in government control, which has nothing to do with freedom. Controlling your country's finances doesn't free it.
