Why is Trump at the democratic convention?

It’s kind of weird, though, that Pres. Trump, who hates everybody else, is the first president in my lifetime not to start any new wars, and (undermined by his subordinates) tried to end wars we were already in.

Do you think you could explain that?

He didn't have the attention span, or the trust of competent military leaders.
