Everyone is already a part of the LGBTQ+ community unless they don't accept someone for who they are or who they like. I don't know why there's so much discussion about whether allies are welcome here... LGBTQ+ is about accepting people just the way they are and that includes people who happen to be straight or cis just as much as any other sexuality and gender.
