Andrew's crazy, just don't give him attention. He's a site mod and there's nothing we can do about it. It sucks but that's just the way the cookie crumbles.

Delete that comment before someone else does it for you. They don't like being criticised. As you said, there's nothing we can do about it.
1. you can technically ban community mods but they can litteraly just unban themselves.
2. according to pr1ces constitution you have to hold a trial first and foremost
not gonna stop you but that’s the rule for banning, and i didn’t write it so don’t come yelling at me. pointless anyway sense he can unban himself.

1. exactly
2. see my latest meme
History tells us that isn't the case. Or have you already forgotten the Richard impeachment?
You could issue a temp ban while the court process works itself out.
At least, I don’t know why the Constitution would tie the government’s hands in an “emergency” situation. (If it does tie the government’s hands in that respect, I think that would be an error)
What happened to “arrest and jail the accused who is (allegedly) posing a clear and present danger to the community — until such time as a trial may be held”?
Doesn’t have the same ring to it, but that is in fact how criminal law works in the real world.
As a general rule, Community Mods can’t overrule stream mods about happenings on their own streams, exception being if there is *serious* mod abuse occurring.
Here? There’s no case for mod abuse. On the other hand: overwhelming evidence that he used IRA memes specifically intended to provoke you in particular and the British users of this stream generally. He even admitted it himself. That’s an open-and-shut case of harassment.
This stream was doing just fine and was quite tranquil all Labor Day weekend. So, there’s no grounds for Community Mods to overrule the local mods here. Andrew’s being the instigator — any global mod would have to be crazy to take his side here. In my opinion.

I've tried reporting bad mod behaviour in the past. The global mods just don't care. But on the other hand none of the bad mod behaviour I've seen has been this bad so we might get lucky, but I don't want to get my hopes up either.
A COMMUNITY MODERATOR ADMITS THAT HE IS POSTING PHOTOS OF A DESIGNATED IRISH TERRORIST GROUP WITH THE INTENTION OF CAUSING OFFENCE TO A BRITISH USER WHO HAS FREQUENTLY CLARIFIED HE DOESN'T LIKE BEING TARGETED WITH THAT CONTENT:
