Using the Latin term for "baby" does not hide the fact that it is a baby in its mother's womb. All murder should be illegal and considered abominable, and for the most part this is the case.

Many born humans are not "viable" without the help and aid of others- shall we murder them as well? And just because a human child is born does not make it any less in need of its mother's care- the baby cannot cloth itself, nor feed itself, nor any of the other necessities of life that allow him or her to survive.
