Holy crap I just realized something. They knew this would happen that's why they included that clause about a man being able to sue a woman who aborts his child for $10k. But how will they know she had an abortion as opposed to a miscarriage? Maybe they'll do the two finger test like in the Biblical days? It's about to get ugly down in Texas.

They would have to prove she was pregnant. Then they would have to prove she actually got an abortion. And if she refuses to submit to an exam, what will they do? Subpoena her? Go get her with a search warrant? Tie her to a bed screaming while a doctor violates her? I don't even know how they would go about enforcing this mess. But it looks like Dems are going to sue which means it might wind up with SCOTUS who will then have to make a decision to overturn Roe v Wade which is really scary because then all the red states will follow Texas.

From a legal perspective I see no issue with that.
