In that case, you need to know that the supreme court is not the doctor. They are, at best, the mal-practice lawyers, after you are dead.
The supreme court does not write laws. All it can do is declare laws unconstitutional, and to do that, the powers the law addresses have to be specifically granted to the federal government. All else is left to the states.
If you can tenuously tie this to interstate commerce or something...
