Although This is the true reality of the real situation, the Nice thing is that the troops more than likely feel safer in Japan, Korea, and Germany.. With the exception of Korea.... It's this way because the wars in the past had a greater impact on these countries. For some strange reason America Messed up Big time when it came to Iraq and Afghanistan. If I can recall It all started With a day in September, I believe it was the 11th, I remember Bush was involved and a guy named Dick Cheney was there. What happened really sparked a since of fear, and lack of safety for the unknown. I remember a lot of so called "red necks" thought the only way to solve the problem, was to go over there with guns, and fix the problem... This problem has spiraled out of control. We need to remember September 2 1945 the official End to WW2 .Everyone joined and lined the streets, waiting for the boats to roll into the harbor. The boats were so full of soldiers there was no room for anything but soldiers who just wanted to come home. It was the greatest homecoming in the history of the US. Never in the lifetime of a WWII vet would they ever think America would fight another cause such as the one they sacrificed. Time is much different now, and I believe a lot of Americans take for granted the sacrifices our ancestors made keeping this country together, even if it meant that they had to listen to the commands of a commander. If you ask any WWII vet a question about war, some will open up, and some will keep quiet for a life time. War is not something you get paid to do. Going to war is not a career. Nobody should have to witness such things that only war displays. War is not a job. Nobody wins.
