If its a tie, Election Commissioners have right to conduct By-Elections.
By-Elections are elections that are conducted after certain problems occur in Main Elections or Basic Tenure.
If its a tie, By-Elections would be conducted among the two (or in some cases, more than two) parties which came out top as tied. In these elections, people would have to vote only among these parties and no other. The winner in these By-Elections, wins the whole Electoral Process.

I suggest that the voters of parties that did not tie with the two that have can choose between the two parties. So hypothetically, BRUH supporters could choose between RUP and HCP if they are the two that tie.

The current procedure is similar to the American system: Congress decides. They can only vote for candidates tied for first place. But I think if it is tied maybe it would be a good idea for whichever Presidential candidate loses in Congress to become the Vice President.

It’s a fair analogy up to a point — BUT as Pollard pointed out, Congress was appointed by the current government, leaving it open to accusations of bias were it to select the same people who picked them. In the American system, Congress is chosen by the people.

Of course if it gets to that point I’m sure there will be a fierce debate over whether to “follow the rulebook” or change it.

A co-presidency is just one possible solution. :)
