The coroner HIMSELF at the trial said that doesn't mean guilt on any party. As I mentioned before there's a reason they have a trial and don't just go off a coroner's report. Homocide is a different word then murder. Baker made that clear during his testimony. Oh, and your official coroner's report is marked "press release report". That link is the actual coroner's report.

As you've been informed multiple times before, that coroner is in deep trouble, as contradicting his own report throws into question an entire career of reports which have affected the outcome of many trials. There are people are in prison that shouldn't be, and those who aren't who should be because of his findings.

Changing his mind a year later is not an option for someone in that position, and raises the really big question as to why he changed his views on his own findings in the first place.

Bottom line? He lied. Did he do it with the initial report or a year later is the only question, but altering what someone himself stated he saw a year after is more suspect than what he saw when he saw it.

This is proof of nothing other than his ineptitude and dishonesty, as well as unprofessionalism, and in addition to his firing, the costs of any resulting appeals and retrials and suits should be paid by him. He should go to prison for perjury in all those cases as well.

He claimed to have been pressured to include asphyxiation by another one of the big wigs that testified in the trial. If that's true, he never should have went along with it. But then we did see alot of lying by the paid defense witnesses, like the one clown that said smoking cigarettes has no effect on your physical health.
