Democrats forgot the first one , but they still need the second one to further their political agenda .

Hell, they almost screwed up the first one with their politics and stupid conspiracy theories. . .with the first 30 days after the Towers fell! And lets not get into the bullshit of what should've been done with the rebuilding.
