Well, i'd say that, although a Bible was destroyed, a follower of God was literally saved by his word.
Also, what state was he in? Legally, a majority of states should not have been able to convict him- they had broken into his property with intent to kill or harm, meaning that he would have been protected by a Stand Your Ground law. I would find the guy innocent.
What article did you find this in? I'm interested.

That's rather irrelevant. There was never a statement made to say this was not an isolated incident. However, you and I both know there's no shortage of extremist crackpots out there.

You're right... It's likely in the middle east but Christians thankfully have rather normal lives here.. However some very unlikely things happen in the USA everyday. So ya never know

WOW! Hi Envoy, this is the first time I see you here on this stream so - welcome! I hope PR1CE and anyone else who profess Christ also comes here.

What is that person's name, or what is the case number for that individual?

Oh, I see. Thank you, Envoy. :)

And I am in agreement with the person below: he should be found guilty for defending himself, particularly the laws in most states that allows him to do just that.

Besides, the perpetrators have the weapons showing intent and they have trespassed.

so lets say theoretically I make a USB stick in the shape of a sword ( correctly scaled and everything) and on it I have multiple translations of the Bible
