There’s a difference between “people with menstrual cycles” and “women”. Trans women, as far as I know, don’t menstruate, but neither do children under the age of 10 (on average) and adults over 55 (an estimate), even if they’re born female. You’re reducing people down to what their genitals are, which isn’t what makes a man or woman.

You are partial right. It’s their DNA that sets the sex. Until they can change that, they are fooling only themselves.

It’s not “fooling”, gender and biological sex are different.

It’s not an absurdity, gender is a social construct that humans have created, therefore humans can choose to tear it down or change it.

I am very positive that before there was any social civilization we had male and female organisms. Gender being a social construct is something you keep telling yourself to make yourself feel happy. Only people like you would believe that.

For example, my pronouns are they/them.

Those are still my pronouns and what you must address me as.

Did you know that Overlord isn’t a gender? Jesus Christ and attack helicopter also aren’t genders.

Sounds good! BUT you still have to refer to me like that even in conversation... Because those are my pronouns.

I have pronouns that don’t align with my biological sex and I don’t ask people to use them in daily conversation.

You may not, bit I ask that everyone refers to me by my pronouns. Even in conversation.
