ribbons mean nothin' when it comes to the type of person you are, you could be a great person or leader and only be a SrA or a horrible person or bad leader and be a 4 star general, the only time your rank show the type of person you are is if you're a drill Sgt

As someone who lives on a military base, that's how officers act... They don't care what happens to their troops, as long as they gat a medal or ribbon or promotion.

There are a few, like at max 4 good officers
