They would have hung Mike Pence if they had been able to capture him. There is no doubt about that.

It appears to me that they are merely protesting a fraudulent election. They were not armed, and do not face any weapons charges.

As a matter of fact… as of now, neither one of these individuals has been convicted of any charges whatsoever stemming their activities at the capital.

They haven't? that doesn't seem right! The election wasn't fraudulent. When you zip tie someone and then hang them could you be brought up on weapons charges? Do you actually have to hang them, or is it enough to just try? If you shoot at someone but miss, can you be bought up on charges? I think we need an expert opinion, Bluesoll you around?

Charges can be brought against anyone. However, in America, citizens are innocent until proven guilty. Therefore, since they have not been convicted of any crimes, they are innocent. Both remain free on personal recognizance.

I will also note neither one is even charged with anything to do with hanging anybody, Mike Pence or otherwise, as has been implied.
