Treaties have been reneged on throughout history for a million different reasons. A new leader can always decide what they will do. Biden owns a fiasco. You don’t move out the troops before moving out your civilians and equipment. That’s a dump incompetent move that ignores common sense. That is what the left does best so not that surprising.
